The general nature of the improvement consists of three individual project locations where grassed waterways, water and sediment control basins, and agricultural drain tile will be installed on private agricultural land within the Upper Wapsipinicon River Watershed located in Buchanan County, Iowa. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: mobilization, site preparation, topsoiling, , embankment construction, waterway grading, tile investigation, removal, and installation and seeding, mulching and fertilizing.
